XBox 360/Default Profile Instructions?

How do I change my Xbox 360 settings where my profile will be the default profile instead of my sons?  It is getting old having to sign out of his everytime I turn on my 360. Anyone know?

Disable it for the one that keeps logging in automatically then enable it for yours.
