R.I.P. Andy Griffith
« on: July 03, 2012, 10:46:45 AM »
Man, I just got here and I'm already bringing bad news.

Ron Howard confirmed that Andy Griffith passed away.

He was the star of my all-time favorite show, The Angry Griffith show and I have a lot of fond memories of watching him on tv with special people.

I'll miss him, but i'll always have those memories.

Godspeed Andy!

He was the best whistler (I'm pretty sure that he did the whistling in the opening of the AG show).  The Andy Griffith show was the whole reason I learned how to whistle.  :D
All give some, but some give all. Thank you veterans for my freedom.
