Are you referring to the first race: Everyone raced it to the end except Aquiel.

From my memory the finish was:
1Derek
2OG
3Seeker
4GRD
5Roth
6Aquiel DNF

After seeing the replay, I now know the race finished normally. Only I lost connection, I thought the room crashed for all.

some impressions from the Lotus race

No worries here, I did want the perspective thing to be mentioned though lest someone believe I drive like that on purpose.

 ;D

The Lotus racing was very close and good.

I don't think any of us would pull something cheap like that on purpose.

Both of the races were very intense.  The Lotus race especially I am learning more about corner turn-ins.  The fast exits are most satisfying but that's only possible if I had a proper turn-in.

Indeed.
After running the replay I'm aware how close OG and me went to some corners (bumping included).
From my point of view the races are quite fair. If I see a gap I will go in, that is racing  ;D
Ok, sometimes it is a wrong decision, but then I let the one I bump into retake the position before the bump.
And I've seen this from all here racing (in this race and in prior races) - and I think that is fair.

Bumping into Derek was a different thing, I was in his wind shadow and gained so much speed that my braking was to late or to less, but when my brake locked...  >:(

That's what I learned for the next race - wind shadow gives a lot of speed  :D

The Spec tune from the car in the CG has been uploaded to my SF and it's free.

That was a killer round guys and I'm still feeeling the effects.

It would be nice to get a warm up lap or two between car changes since some of us can't seem to follow just what car they're in.  :-[

That was the best loss I have ever had!  Congratulations for hanging onto the lead, OG.

You too, for fighting so hard, aquiel2k!

(and me, for fastest clean lap time)

I'm pretty sure the time of day played a big part and it certainly was work to stay consistant lap after lap.

I do wish my fastest lap, a 2:09.xxx?, had been clean but I doubt I could have gone that fast without Aquiel pushing me.

You however GRD are a machine to run flawless lap after flawless lap in a lessor car.

GRD had a chance for a clean lap while catching up after horrifying some english grasshoppers at the beginning of the race. I almost got dirty lap after dirty lap running in OGs wind shadow or GRDs wind shadow or in both of them.  :D

Here is one lap around Silverstone GP

Silverstone

Poor OG had no second to recover either GRD or me in his rear mirror chasing him around for over 40 minutes.  ;D
That was the best race I ever took part. And there is more to come.

Believe me the stress of the whole thing comes right back watching that lap.

You guys may have just ruined my desire to lead another race...

Thanks for the great 1 lap video!  That must have taken at least 5 downloads!

Indeed even at 30 seconds a pop and the threading them all together again.
Nice work.

I think our Lotus racing was much closer than these folks at the same track:
