How ironic!

I haven't ride/hurt the piggy yet!  Last one is travelling 500 m in a mine cart.

The pig one is a massive pain in the butt moreso than the mine cart.

The key to the minecart is it must be in a straight line. No curves. Altitude changes are okay.

Seed code 888 will get you the saddle which is located in a dungeon located at ground lever near where you spawn. Open the chest and *poof* there it is.

Now, trying to ride the pig and get it to fall is way too frustrating. lol

i am only missing the travel 500m in minecart, befriend 5 wolves and ride/hurt pig cheevo.

Just started playing the Xbox edition last night (thankfully my wife came home and reminded me that I had to eat dinner, otherwise I might still be playing).  My only experience so far has been with the mobile version which has WAAAAY fewer features.  Anyway, built myself a hut with a crafting table and furnace, but got blown up a few times already and don't have a great way to heal myself (in the mobile version health recovers over time).  Planted some seeds though, maybe I'll bake a cake!

Also, are there any fence gates?  In the mobile version I could put a gate on my fences...

Cool JPole!  You can always play in Peaceful mode until you get situated with your house/food and whatnot. I learned the hard way when I first started cuz dang Creepers would be blowing up the entrances to my house as soon as I walked out. There would be like 2-3 of em....Now, I have houses with windows everywhere and extended doorways and ladders to underneath passageways to get out of my house.

No gates for fences yet with the xbox version.

But you can stack the fences 2 high and put a normal door on it . . . yes not the same but a practical alternative.

I just got sucked into this game a couple of weeks ago and wow has it begun ruling my gaming time.

My starter world was a randomly generated seed and it was ok for figuring out the ins and outs but it lacked in resources so I started messing around with different seeds. I am on a gargamel seed now and its not so bad for resources but there are tons of steep mountain ranges and no snow at all.

what seeds do yall play on?

I just started with the random seed. Just started messing around with building tracks around my small city. Have quite a few mines dug out down to bedrock and have managed to dig through and connect most of my mines together.

Once you start with Minecraft, its always like you wanna do just ONE MORE thing, and that turns into a hour or two before you know it.

Right? The first day we played I didnt get it and the next morning I started teaching myseld at 10:30 am and when my boyfriend came home from work at 6:30 pm I was still playing and didnt realize I lost an entire day!

I really need to learn how to make a minecart rail.

Also I am kinda stoked to Ride (and injure) the Piggy!

I have been playing Minecraft 360 for a little while and just started messing with the tracks. I got tired of treking it everywhere once I started expanding. You will need gold and iron to build the tracks that will allow your cart to build up some speed where you want it to. It took alot of experimenting to get it right.

I think there is a seed code also that will spawn you near a monster spawner with a chest that has a saddle so you can ride the piggy!  ;)
