It took me about 50 or 60 tries to get the gold medal on that Sunset Stripped course last night.

Gave the Demo a shot and it's pretty addicting.  Dunno if it's 1200 points addicting.  Will likely wait for a price drop at some point.

multiplayer is pretty hilarious.

i dont know how many races you can do in a circuit...maybe all of them if you want to do that. we only did 7.

adding or removing tracks is nice. you can throw all mediums, easy, etc. in there, and remove all of the harder ones if you desire.

a combination of supercross (everyone at the same time) or trials (racing alone but can see your friends position).

Yeouch!

I would pay 800ms points for this but not 1200.

Other than Tiger Woods and Forza, this is the game with most replayvalue for me. I actually think this is one of the better prized games/replayvalue. Trails HD sold(sells) 2 mill copies. For an arcadegame that is huge. From first impressions after 2 days, I think Evolution is gonna be alive for a long time.

Is 1200 points about $13? as in Norway by the way :o

i agree Coast... definetley worth the 1200ms points... here are many many hours of fun to be had, even if you skip the hardest tracks.. alot of new stuff and the multiplayer im pretty sure is a laugh riot with 3 friends on the track at the same time, and also alot of possibilities for fun competitions and stuff like that, i love it after the first day and a half  :D
add me for everything, offlinetimes, multiplayer im up for anything in  this game..

I started my demo download and will make a final decision tonight. :)

I have a few buddies at work pressuring me as well. Might just bite the bullet and get to flipping.

Sorry guys, didn't mean to come off as if it wasn't worth 15 dollars or whatever 1200 comes out to.  It is one of the better arcade games I've played but I'm not a big arcade guy to begin with.  So putting any kind of money on an arcade title is a stretch for me in particular.  If a lot of people get it for the Q, I'd be more than happy to join in some BBQ fun.  The MP aspect was what peaked my interest to begin with and would enjoy a Q night of that.

IMO, the track editor alone makes it worth the price of admission.  Having said that I should warn you.  There is already a TON of crap courses out there.  Stuff that obviously hasn't been tested and courses that are impossible (literally, through poor design) to complete.

Played the demo last night too and really liked it. Will get this most likely. Love the more open feel over Trials HD.
