I switched recently from t-mobile to verizon because of verizon's ratings for service and coverage at consumer reports.  I am really happy I did.  I had to call twice and got off the phone both times thinking it was some of the best customer service I've experienced.  the coverage has been terrific vs. tmobile in my area (philly market).  I have the env2.  real happy with it.

I've got an iPhone through Rogers (Canada) and it's awesome. In fact I'm posting this through my iPhone. I actually do a fair amount of surfing through the phone, and with the fact it can run over wifi and well as 3G, I actually only use a tiny fraction of my data plan (<30mb of the 6GB I'm allowed).

Question: Fire I'm curious, on does DBBQ look on your phone, we only tested the site in standard browsers?

I have verizon and I couldn't be happier. I have had nextel, att, and tmobile and they all had their shortcomings. I have no compliants about signal strength or the quality of customer service. I use a crappy cheap phone and it still works great. I am in SE Massachusetts

i have rogers, at&t owns them.
theres pretty much two main carriers in canada and you kinda get screwed either way (fido was good until rogers bought them)... i wish there would be more competition so we'd get better service.. cuz the only way i get the service i want is to pretty much tell them ill be switching to their competition.. then they turn you over to retention who gives really awesome service and prices  ;D
they gave me a better plan and a blackberry bold for free... but im bound to them for three years.. wah wah waaaaa...   :'( can't win i tell ya!

anywho i go with rogers because theyre on have gsm, telus has cdma.. and if i ever travel i can just get a prepaid sim card instead of paying roaming charges which really kills... i do hear telus is thinking of switching over to gsm though.

either way, cellphone carriers are evil.

Pretty much identical as on any standard browser (only smaller). The Safari browser on the phone is really good except that it doesn't do flash (yet). I'll try and upload a screen shot later in case you're curious.

I have AT&T. They have about the best overall service coverage for my area here in Missouri and Kansas. Plus I am real happy with them after my last call to them.  I checked my minutes and I was 224 minutes over my plan, so I called about the per minute overage limit , which is .40\a min. I freaked out. It was going to cost me another $89.60 above my regular plan price :o. I told her to switch me to the next higher plan starting at my new months date which was today, she told me she could back date it and started it on Feb 18 so I doubled my min for only $20\ month more, and didn't have any overage or have to pay the extra $20 pro rate for Feb.  I told her If I could give her a raise I would. She just laughed and said be glad I got her tonight cause others would just have made me pay and be done with it.  So I cant complain about them too much right now.

I have the razr currently but hope to get an iphone when my plan ends in May.

Customer service calls like that are a rare event.  So nice when it happens.

I set up field comunications for my company. We use 40 cells and have tried most of the companies. Most of the companies I've tried no longer exist, or have merged.
Now, we don't use any bells or whistles- no netting, etc. We do use push to talk.
Currently use AT&T, turned out to be a big dissapointment in our area. Probably will go back to Sprint/Nextel next time around.
Verison has the best reputation in our area and the only reason I haven't tried it is that there are no sales reps in our area. You have 40 phones and you can spend a lot of time on their rotary system trying to get things addressed when needed. Always good to had a local rep who get's things done. and you can blame/bitch to when they get screwed up.
BTW, there isn't a month that goes by that there isn't some sort of mistake in the billing. May be as little as a buck or two and usually not much more than $10. Most people don't catch it or don't care. I'm not spending 90 minutes on a rotary system trying to get adjustments, that's what the reps are for. Anyway, watch your bills closely. Not so much for the money, but the principle.
What has mood to do with it? You fight when the necessity arises-no matter the mood! Mood's a thing for cattle or making love or playing the baliset. It's not for fighting.

last year i got rid of my lg voyager. I remember calling to order it when it first came out and the sales rep said it was gonna be the"iphone killer", so i tried it. Good phone, but still not even close to the iphone. Got rid of the voyager because it was too big and bulky for the samsung glyde. What a dissapointment. Good quality phone, but this touchscreen front is killin me. I end up pocket dialing 2-3 calls a day even with the lock on. Although i work for verizon, im considering switching to the iphone or the google phone. The only problem is vz has great coverage. What im trying to say is that i am jealous of fireslorm!
