PGR4 Time Attack Challenge 1 | Winner: tranemiles
« on: May 12, 2009, 05:24:46 PM »

Time Attack | Any A Class Vehicle | Quebec, Parliament Hill

Make sure you are on my FL so that I can track your times.

All participants have until Wednesday @ Midnight to beat their best lap.

I will make one suggestion.  If the ghost cars are making it hard for you to see, try taking them off and racing the target times of the fastest bbq'r.  If you have a lot of time to make up, try using a target time of someone just slightly faster than you and work your way up.

Me thinks Trane is challenging us all to a PGR4 THROWDOWN  ;)
Cool I'll see what I can post for a time too.

LOL.  Parliament Hill is the one.  I'll make the change, thanks Beac.

Added some copy to main post:

This is great fun and a great way to learn a track by watching how the faster drivers enter and exit those turns.

I will make one suggestion.  If the ghost cars are making it hard for you to see, try taking them off and racing the target times of the fastest bbq'r.  If you have a lot of time to make up, try using a target time of someone just slightly faster than you and work your way up.

I tried prolly 20-25 times before I caught you with the T1. Figured I'd try the FXX and skunked my own ghost on the second lap so I just put the controller down and walked away.  ;D

I'm pretty sure that 1st place won't last the night though. ;)

Lead change twice tonight.  Really great times guys.  I don't know how much more I can squeeze out of this track.  Turn three is the make or break section for me.

I think that'll probably be the best I can ring out of it. Tried a few other cars/bikes and came close but nothing that felt like I'd be able to get past what I already posted.

looks like I need to nail turn three to get a time that will stick in first place.

Still plenty of time to try this one.  I spent more time chasing Nunzie's latest time than I'd like to admit. ;)  Been awhile since I did time trials...so much fun.

Next week we will do a g class car in another city.
