For a rather anti-establishment, non-partisan take on politics and pop-culture, I find that Adam Curry and John C. Devorak can't be beat on the No Agenda Podcast every Thursday and Sunday.

I used to LOVE the "Idle Thumbs" podcast.  But it all ended once one of the hosts moved to the east coast to work at Bethesda games and eventually the toll of doing a weekly podcast became too much for Chris Remo and Jake Rodkin (Developer at Tell Tale Games) to handle. There were times during this podcast that I would be laughing so hard that I almost swerved off the road. 

Now I pretty much only listen to the Giant Bombcast.

Although every once in a while I'll download episodes of Smodcast with Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier.
