I almost bailed on the league because I was too tired from work, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm not very good but I'm having more and more fun each week.

Thanks again to all our mods who put on and host events like this here at the Q

Good times last night guys. I'm all for using default classes, it's got to be incredibly difficult for new players who haven't unlocked perks, killstreaks and weapons to even have a chance against some of us who have everything unlocked as well as have the maps memorized, that's a tough hill to climb.

I think we're fine with using custom classes, but I am going to force IAC to play a couple nights of public matches with a few of us to get his rank up so he can at least make some.    I know being locked in the starter classes when everyone else isn't is definitely a disadvantage. Even so, I'm only L15 and don't see a huge disparity over and above just the knowledge of the maps. Except for the Javelin... the stupid, stupid Javelin. *grumbles*    

I do think the suggestion to have load-out locked matches is a good one. Having a pistols-only using the stocker and headshots or whatever would likely prove to be a good time.
